HR Representative

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

• Maintain employee records and ensure accurate data entry in HRIS (Human Resources Information System).

• Support employee benefits administration, including enrollment, inquiries, and claims assistance.

• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.

• Assist in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.

• Conduct orientation sessions for new hires and assist with employee training and development initiatives.

• Assist in HR projects, such as performance management, employee engagement, and policy development.

• Assist in ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

• Support HR team with various administrative tasks and projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Prior experience in HR or related administrative role preferred.

• Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
