Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a regular basis.

  • Follow up with leads, inquiries, and quotes in a timely manner.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and a smooth sales process.

  • Utilize sales and other software to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports.

  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

  • Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge through self-learning and training programs.

  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to generate leads and promote the brand.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including sales calls, meetings, and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to overcome objections and secure deals.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and target-oriented mindset.

  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Proficiency in using different software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and events.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
